Katie – Founder

Once a teacher and jewelry maker, Katie now runs Monarch Pine full-time with a focus on high-quality materials and maker-friendly service. She’s the one sourcing products, dreaming up new ideas, and shaping the vision behind the brand. 

Most days, you’ll find her testing new samples, refining product details, and working closely with the team. She also loves connecting with makers in the Facebook group and helping others build creative businesses of their own. 

Meagan – Team Member

Meagan packs orders and helps out on the findings side of things. She’s quick, efficient, and always brings good energy to the workshop—along with a funny story or two to keep things interesting. 

Brittany – Team Member

Brittany pulls orders and works with metal blanks. She has a gift for making every package feel like a present and brings so much kindness and care to everything she does.

Kendall – Team Member

Kendall pulls orders and handles seed bead topper organization with speed and precision. With a background in fulfilling web orders, she brings experience, efficiency, and a great sense of humor to the team.

Hannah – Team Member

Hannah works remotely to support Facebook, email, and customer service. She knows a ton about laser settings and is always ready with an encouraging word and helpful advice for makers.
